Yes, it's K.I.T.T., but in Super Pursuit Mode. Sadly, the picture is kind of blurry, but, if you look carefully, you can make out all of the extra air foils that use to pop up when he transformed.

I saw one of hte K.I.T.T. used in the show. It only had a 4 cylinder engine and automatic 3-speed. They had 4 and one was always in the shop for body repair.

Oh, just checked, it was a 2021 film, The Matrix Resurrection I think. I guess the ads I've seen are for a pay channel or OnDemand.
