Earl, use my CuteNSassy Skirt. There are several wind morphs that should help you visualize that pose.

Dawn's finished the dress now. Tomorrow I'm taking it into the Bullet physics, blow a little wind up her skirt and see what happens.
Looks cute Tracy. I always wondered how they got Marilyn's dress to behave that way, but then again, movie sets always had those huge fans to simulate high winds, so that's probably what they used.
