Love the "Cone of Silence"! And that thing in the background...I saw something about that on Ancient Aliens once, I think.

BILLIE: An answer to the perennial question of, "Where do you get your ideas from?" I was playing with some old HDRI's which I intended to delete and

which included some DOF 'portrait' cameras. So, out of nowhere I decided to add a figure (Billie, from bluejaunte who models some excellent 'real' people), added hair and a shirt. A quick session with Pose Architect and Bob's yer uncle? Around 10 minutes to create (the render took longer!). So the answer is, turn your brain off and see what happens! Simple!

Are those two supposed to be rotating around the main body? For artificial Gravity? That would put the gravity on the outer domes. Plants in the area would fall out toward the domes. Maybe I'm missing something?

No, your not missing anything, and I know it is technically wrong, but when the domes were flipped the aesthetic was all wrong... so yes they rotate but they are not scientifically accurate, and other parts of the ship not rotating have artificial gravity. So I will have to think of another reason for the rotation...but for now it's because I like the aesthetics of rotating parts on retro-like space vessels.
