So, I figure I'd add on a question here. Does anyone know of a good tutorial for understanding Bulges when weight mapping? I get the general idea, but I can't seem to figure out if I should be adding to the right or left and what the pos and neg mean (I assume some form of positive and negative, I'm just not sure how that applies.)

Here's an example of where I'm having a problem:


The only thing close I've found is this short but useful little tutorial on converting clothing, which makes me thing the bulges are what I need to fix. I'm just not sure how.
