How do I? change default preset location

I would like to change the default preset location from the Program files to another location. I want to store my Photoshop presets like Brushes and Patterns in a particular folder that is not in the Program Files directory. One that does not require special permissions to save new presets to is what I want. How do I do that?

Yeah, if you just double click on a .abr file, it will automatically "open" it in Photoshop and add the brushes to the active library. Same goes for any other preset.
