Haven't seen the cat for a week, and I still had a can of cat food left for him. So today, i stepped outside to take my trash to the corner for pick up, and guess who comes running out of the woods mewing like a banshee. Yep, the cat came backLOL! Cats are like starving art students.... feed them, they stick around. Since we don't have a dog, my barn is cat central around here
just like in that song. Anyway, he came up to me and started the leg rubbing thing, so I went into the house and grabbed the can of cat food came back outside and gave it to him. Heck, even the cats I've owned in the past, (or who owned me, depending on the POV) weren't as happy to see me as this cat was. I put the can down, but he wouldn't go eat right away. Finally, I had to grab the trash cans and make a dash for it while he went back to eating.

Ah, cats and their adventures! I was amazed at how large a cat's territory can be when our newspaper did an article on it. One cat in Auckland had one of over two square miles! Including several main roads! And it wasn't a feral cat, it was someone's beloved moggy

Yes, I wondered the same thing, as I already made a mistake with Stezza's Tink, so didn't want to make another gender error.
