Fringe Sandals for V4?

Just picked up the very cute Shetland Pony for Harry. Can't wait to start working with it.
But in the process i saw the very beautiful Fringe Sandals for Dawn and felt like crying. They are so beautiful I really wished there was also a pair available for V4.
Is there ever going to be any hope of getting an adjustment morph or adjusted version made available for V4?

Honestly i have no idea how to do that nowadays.
I used to create stuff for Victoria 4 long time ago in Poser .
I have no idea how to install her in DAZ 4.9 or how to fit the stuff and save correctly.
I can only load a cr2 in DAZ 4.9.
So sorry :-(

Awww, that's ok Karth - thanks for coming in and answering. Carmen - I wonder if a conversion utility might work? Or playing around with scale of the sandals?
