I want to bring a freebie to HiveWire that I had over at RDNA. KageRyu made some textures for it and I think he'd like to have them here too.

Do I need to ask permission to upload freebies or do I just 'do it'?

You can just 'do it' NG :) You can upload freebies here if they are below 5mb in size, otherwise a link to somewhere like sharecg is necessary.
