Creating displacement maps in Zbrush for Skin

I wasn't totally happy with the normal maps I did for Diva and knew that I could improve on this if I could get the hang of creating skin displacement in Zbrush so I attended this webinar(not sure if you will be able to access it if you didn't attend but lets try.) WEBINARJAM |

As a result I went to this site Surface Mimic: 3D scans for digital artists and invested in the recommended alphas.

Here is my first try using baby Luna...so far it's just really the head that I've done so far but I don't think it's too bad for a first attempt. I'm going to post my progress here and any links I find relating to do this here. If any one else wishes to join in feel free! This isn't perfect and I'm still playing with the settings...
