Contacting regarding Commercial Use - Renderosity inbox full

I purchased the Hivewire horse back in November 2020 through the Hivewire store. I thought this website was defunct now, so went to Renderosity where it's now listed for sale.
According to the Renderosity website, I need to contact them to get in touch about an Extended License for the Hivewire horse.

This is the reply I got:

Delivery incomplete​ There was a temporary problem while delivering your message to license@renderosity.com. Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

The response from the remote server was: 450 This user's mailbox is full (license@renderosity.com) - Try later What I want to know: Is there a commercial license for using the Hivewire horse, and does that license allow me to essentially use the model as a base for sculptures, and then print and paint/sell the resculpted model?​

Have you tried Sitemailing the Hivewire3D account on Renderosity?
I am unsure if the necessary persons will see thus thread. I will try to draw someone's attention to it, but I can not guarantee I will be successful.
Chris would likely be the person who could give a definite answer, possibly Alisa. I know Chris is very busy but occasionally pops into the forums. Starting a conversation using private messaging might yield a quicker response.
