I didn't join Renderosity until 2000, and I originally joined because, back then, I was mainly using Bryce, and they were the only 3D forum with a Bryce subforum. I also hung out in their Photoshop subforum, too, as I was into 2D artwork a lot back then. It wasn't until maybe 4 or so years later I started playing in Poser, and when I started checking out their 3D subforums.
