I dropped Vue years ago for reasons, and Vue is not as feature rich as Blender, especially for content editing and creation.
Micropoly Displacement in Blender is not an "Experimental Feature"
The most significant aspects of Poser Pro of interest to me are either gone or crippled - namely all of the Poser Fusion hosting Apps being gone, and the queue manager being reduced in functionality significantly.
The Poser devs are not implementing new features, and there are features many Poser User such as myself have waited for since Poser 7.
Other 3D software has continued to advance and add features while Poser has not, and it seems clear wont. I base this on having used Poser sinve version 4, having supported the Pro branch until it was axed, having been a beta tester on 2012, 2014, and 11, having been an ambassador, and recent discussions and comments from current Devs and admin of Bondware both in open forums and behind the scenes.
I was not originally going to get into all of this - but apparently not allowed to even mention wanting third party support for a free 3D package that is more feature robust than many paid programs and one which I have scene various Poser content creators discuss using. In fact, I figured discussing this was a good idea as 1) there are Poser creators using blender in their content creation workflow 2) Blender is open source and can be developed for either as free or paid plugins, and 3) Having such tools would help both content creators and general users by providing an easier interchange between software - especially given Poser FBX import/export is problematic at best.
I reall hate blocking people, but sick of posts like the previous one.
