Thanks for posting this Lisa. Excited to see another year come along where folks put their talents to work, by showcasing all the wonderful 3D bird products that Ken Gilliland has so masterfully put together.

This year will be no exception, that is we'll no doubt see some awesome renders being submitted. Get ready folks. You can start submitting as early as Monday.

Oh... and I'm still going after more sponsors. So as more join in, we'll update you all. Don't have Charles Taylor at Smith Micro anymore. He was always so helpful and eager to lend support. Currently waiting to see if the powers that be at Smith Micro will respond positively or not.

That's a nice addition to the list of prizes Lisa. Good thing I already have a Lifetime License for it, because I doubt I'll make it to any of the top positions. ;)

We've just heard back from Filter Forge who have generously donated 3 copies of Filter Forge Professional for the top three winners!

Wow... I'd like a copy of Filter Forge Pro... maybe I should enter? :)

The Judges (and Ken) may not submit entries.

Dang... who wrote these rules anyways?... oops, I did

Yay! This is a big deal. We do appreciate our relationship with Filter Forge. They've been very supportive of what we do here. And come on... 11th year for this contest! This is great.

Don't worry Ken, as I'm not sure any of the FF filters would work as bird feathers. ;)

Then again, I've never tried using them to texture any of your bird's feathers. Hmmmm, now I'm wondering about your frogs, and maybe even the moths. Hmmmm . . . .
