BACKGROUND:
This piece dates back to my softmore year of high school, and is one of the few pieces of that time to make it to my portfolio. Though it will probably be cycled out of my portfolio as it is very old, and not my best work. This is Berol Prismacolor pencil (now extinct) on 20# paper. It is among my earlier color pencil works. The original is 8.5" x 11" as usual (Don't have a way to scan my bigger works).
This is a conceptual piece for a Science Fiction/Fantasy comic strip I was working on at the time. The strip was eventually dropped, but I still have a lot of work from it. A Blood Skeleton riding a skysled. Hope you enjoy.
