Dale Leafen

BACKGROUND:

This image was created entirely with a Number two, hard lead pencil (those are almost impossible to find nowadays, but I still have a few in my stockpiles). The image was created on a medium tooth drawing surface, found in a leatherbound, Tara sketchbook (as are most of my works). The original image is 8.5 x 11 inches. Parts of the image have become smudged, which is unfortunate. It did not scan very well either.

This is a character concept of an old character from a game I used to play, Dale Leafen. One of my attempts at an almost Manga approach to character design.
