Remember him??????? I'm gonna give you this one. That's Evel Knievel. Well, Evel had a son named Robbie Knievel and Robbie died on Jan. 13, 2023 of pancreatic cancer. He was 60.

Roger Moore, who became the second British actor to have a go at playing James Bond 007.
Can't say I recognize him. Then again, I only remember 3 James Bond characters played by Sean Connery, Roger Moore, and the most recent Daniel Craig. I don't recall any of those who were in that role between Roger Moore and Daniel Craig.
I definitely recognize him, but can't remember his name, or what role or TV show/movie he starred in.

That's the problem with that photo. It doesn't look like him as I remember him back then. He played that roll for a number of movies with the top of his head bald, wearing a hair piece. Does he look like he's got a hair piece on in that photo?
