From Wikipedia: Corinthian leather is a term coined by the advertising agency Bozell in 1974[1] to describe the leather upholstery used in certain Chrysler luxury vehicles. Although merely a marketing concept, it suggested a premium product...something rich in quality, rare, and luxurious.[2] In reality, it was the same leather used in most Chryslers, produced by the Radel Leather Manufacturing Company in Newark, New Jersey.
Are you suggesting that marketing people make stuff up????! o_O

Yep. HR Puffnstuff. My kids never watched it. (Nor me)
Well, it was only on for one season, but I did watch it initially. Hey, It was 1969 and I was 11. :D I thought at first that Witchipoo was the with from the Wizard of oz. But it was two different actresses, Margaret Hamilton in the Wizard of Oz, and Billie Hayes in Pufnstuf.

Was the character "Jamie Summers"? I can't remember and looking up is cheating. Didn't she have a bionic dog?

I always thought that premise was ridiculous. Sure, he had bionic legs. Maybe they could move that fast. But his brain didn't work any faster. Could any human mind coordinate limbs moving at hundreds of miles per hour? And he used his bionic arm to lift a car. But his back was normal. Wouldn't he have crushed his back?

Do you remember who they reported to?

What a narc he was.
