They are just plain white with blue artwork and lettering.
Actually, I was going to take a picture of one of them, but it's not where I thought I left it.
To make matters worse I only found out it was there after quite a bit if bother.
One of the things I used to do in addition to industrial model making was making special effects models, masks and that sorta crap...
So in the shop there were assorted scale sci-fi models, not to mention back before computer simulations caught on, lawyers used have mock-ups of accident or crime scenes made for court demonstrations.
On occasion clients would see some of these things ask if I did large scale model railroad stuff... Probably because for whatever reason 1/24th scale (1/2"= 1 foot) was the most common scale I worked in and G Scale is very close.
Stupidly that lead me to one of my pointless side detours in life...
I had a couple of well off clients having me make stuff for them every few months, so I got it in my head to construct a huge 1/24th scale/G scale "set" way in the back of my yard to show off the models in cool outdoor background.
It started out as a 12'x 4' strip and ended up a whole 25'x 30' town (Juniper falls) complete with roads, streetlights, buildings with detailed interiors, a waterfall, working drainage/sewer system, an "underground" maintenance area, a bridge, live scale forestry and an autonomous irrigation system using micro-sprinklers.
I'll save you the details, but the whole thing was basically a bunch of heavy duty(huge) planters constructed out of wood and industrial grade styrofoam with a natural looking scale cliff face detail sculpted out of a special cement mix incorporated onto the exterior
It formed a stepped, chest height, C shaped plateau, at the top of which resided the town and most of the forest.
It was curse from the beginning.
Every manner of disaster that could befall it, befell it... Culminating in some moron dropping a huge oak tree onto it which caused so much internal damage it eventually rotted out and started to collapse... It took ten years to finally die, but it managed to exist for almost eight before the tree incident.
Unfortunately, I had been using the "underground" area for storage of odd junk.
So when it really started to collapse, stuff would get crushed under hundreds of pounds of dirt and "forest".
So after writing the thing about the signs, I decided to go back there and see if they were in the storage area under one of the areas not sagging or tilting.
Well... It wasn't tilting or sagging.
It was sideways on the ground, partly collapsed in on itself.
After spending a few hours cleaning it up... In the rain (it rained heavily this morning, so that's what probably did it)...
After all that, I found out the stupid thing wasn't even in there.
There are three of the signs and I can't find a one...
Then to further underline how cursed that place is, after I finished and gave up looking, the sun came out.
!&$&?%€?#% stupid nature!
