With the buyout of RDNA by DAZ, we will have some products moved over here. We want to do our best to help our customers with this transition.

FAQ:

QUESTION:
Can we have the products put into our accounts? How will we get updates to these products?

ANSWER:
While right now we are not able to put RDNA products in your download history, we are looking at a way to streamline the ability to do so.

YOU WILL NEED PROOF OF PURCHASE for these products in order to have them put in your accounts when we're able to do that.

QUESTION:
How do I get proof of purchase for my products bought at RDNA?

ANSWER:
Please be SURE to download/copy all of your receipts from your products at RDNA because that invoice will be needed to add the items to your account when we can do that.

RDNA has said that all product downloads there and invoices will remain through the end of 2016.

Here is a quick way to get them:

1-Go to your Order History.

2-Search for All dates

3-For each page, click "Check all" at the top so there are checks in each box.

4-At the bottom Click "Invoices for Selected"

5-A new tab will pop up with all the invoices from that page. Save that page or print to a pdf, or however you'd normally save things like that.

6-Do the same for each page of orders.

Go to your Gifts From Pages at RDNA and make a copy of each page.

Yes, I got mine the other day, and even combined them all into one file. Now if I could just get them into a PDF that would be nice, but Adobe is Cloud Only these days, so that's out of the question, because I refuse to upload anything that's none of their business.

Also depending on what file you have, sometimes you can "save as" or export as PDF (for example you can save an excel file as a PDF).

Yes, and I used to have a Firefox addon that could save web pages to PDF, but for some reason it's not working any more, or hasn't in quite a while.

I did consider opening it in Word and save as PDF, but it only took me 5 or 6 minutes to get the .txt files I downloaded into one file and set up as a web page. Getting it to look reasonably the same in Word, well not something I'd care to spend time on. If I could do it quickly, that would probably be the way I'd go though.

I have experience in web design, so web pages are easy for me. They were already set up to display on RDNA's site as web pages, so it was easy to convert as they already had the Javascript code and other files needed. It wasn't hard, and all I did was set a white background color, and since each invoice was set up as a Table, I just added a 1px black border around each. Find and Replace is your friend.

Thanks for the update Alisa, and especially thanks for the explanation of how to get the invoices out of the order history.

If anyone uses one of the Microsoft browsers there should be an option to change the printer for the page to 'Microsoft Print to PDF' which does exactly that, I assume it's standard as I don't remember installing anything specific to do it, mind you I'm on Windows 10 so can't vouch for earlier versions.
