Microsoft Movies and TV for Windows 7????

I typed out a long thread but lost it due to some issue of Opera wanting to go to home page.
Anyway the topic I wanted to start is there a Microsoft Movies and TV app for Windows 7. I like that app in windows 10 but cannot use 10 right now. To bring it back to 3D I want to use it to watch downloaded tutorials)

It's based on Microsoft's new app platform, so it requires Windows 8 or 10. The old Media Center app in Windows 7 used to have online content, but that got shutdown a long time ago.
