In order to stop receiving email notifications of every post on threads you are currently watching, click on your name in the top right corner to go to your Account page, and do the following:

1) Click on the Watched Threads in the left column
2) Click on Show All Watched Threads link
3) Select all of your Watched Threads by checking checkboxes
4) From the With Selected... drop down list, select Disable email notification
5) Click Go button
