Solved How to contact a vendor?

I recently bought a Dawn item while it was on sale, and I've now realised that it's DAZ only, and I wanted to use it in Poser. The fault is entirely mine, and now I've bought the thing I may as well have a go at converting it to Poser. I've had reasonable success with simpler items anyway.

I thought to contact the vendor to see if they had plans to release a Poser version, and if not, whether they'd be interested in having a conversion done for them for free. :) However I can't see any way to contact a vendor via their artist's page; and this particular member doesn't have an accessible profile.

To be clear, I don't want to complain, or claim my money back. I guess I'd do that via the store staff anyway. If the vendor wants to remain incognito that's fine by me. I just wondered if there was some other contact method that I may have missed?

Most of our CAs have product threads in the Show Me the Honey forum and most of them are in the forum so you should be able to send them a PM (ie start at conversation). If you post or PM me the CA's name, I'll see if I can help.

Call me a dunce and make me sit in the corner, but I can't see how to send a PM... If I look at your profile, @Alisa, I can see where to post on your profile; but that's public, isn't it? I can see posts by other people on there, anyway. If I look at the CA's profile, it says 'This member limits who may view their full profile' and there's nothing more to be seen.

You'll see "Start a conversation" Start typing the user name and it'll fill in :)

Thanks! I had had conversations before, but they were all started by someone else; I'd never initiated one myself. It looks as if I can contact the CA that way (their name comes up if I start typing it) so I'll try that first.
