If they didn't pay for the promo images they could be in trouble for at the very least not putting the artists name as a credit on the visual.
People don't give a hoot. They think everything found on line is free game. Frustrating.
I have had some problems with this sort of thing finding my artwork on other sites and contacting the powers that be demanding they take them down or give me credit or they will hear from my attorney!
