Duplicating a Spots node from Poser in Daz Studio

A while back I mentioned that a skin texture I made was for Poser only as the effect I had was by using the "Spots" nodes in Poser and couldn't do it in DS.
Someone showed me where to add that same node in DS but I lost the thread and copy of the comment.
Can someone explain to me how to do that?
