Hi,

I still can't log in to the Store using Rublon 2FA, per the info I provided to the help desk in early May.

I've had to put a project on hold because I want to use the HW Dog...but I can't log in to order him/use my points, etc.. With Sparky's new add ons for the HW Dog available, I'd *really* like to make this purchase. I don't want to order the DAZ Dog instead, but needs must and I can't put this off much longer.

Is there a way around Rublon?

(Perhaps it's time to switch to Google Authenticator or Authy?)

Have you tried ordering the HW Big Dog from Renderosity? They are in partnership with HW. Maybe that would help? I don't know if the webmaster here is often available. Or have you tried a different browser? Sorry, I'm probably not much help.
