This is wonderful. There is so much great story telling going on here. The fur and eyes on the cats is great, as well as their focus on the scene. And I also love how the rats are straining, and the reflection of one of them that you can see in the water on the ground.

One suggestion however. There's a big shadow (at least I think it's a shadow) going across the body and faces of the cats. It's rather distracting because of the way it lines up with their chins. You might want to either hide what is causing the shadow, or slightly reposition the lights.
