Concern with buying items from the store

Anyone had this message on items * The stock item for Product is not valid.

I'm getting it on 4 items in my shopping cart
Seahorse
Luna's bath cape
Body Type 5 for dawn
Perfect Pelvis for Dawn

Is it okay to process the order?

I've had a look at those four items and made some adjustments. They no longer give an out of stock message. It is okay to check out with them. Please let me know if you find any more. Thank you.
