I have seen renders (like Jojo for Baby Luna) where she has teeth. Can anyone point me to where to find the teeth in Poser? I have been through every setting and no luck so far and I believe she is big enough to have teeth (realism is important, I think)

Did you add the thing from the poses file? BabyLunaBaseInj? Then in the body setting, click to Head/Mouth/Morphs and look at incisors.
